[올랜도=하이코리언뉴스] 이상덕 기자 = 하버드 주택 조인트 센터 ( The Harvard Joint Center)의 연구조사에 따르면 올랜도는 2016년 2월, 아파트 원 베드룸 기준으로 미국에서 전국 두번째로 주택 임대료가 많이 상승한 지역으로 나타났다.
하버드 주택 조인트 센터는 또한 매트로 올랜도 임대인의 중간 소득은 $35,000 이며, 중간 임대가격은 $1000 이라고 주장하고 있으며 이것은 대부분의 올랜도 거주자 입장에서 볼때 임대가격 수준이 부담스럽다는것을 의미하는 것이다.
경우에 따라서는 집을 소유하는 것이 렌트하는 것보다 비용이 더 저렴하겠지만, 그러나 주택시장은 늘 끊임없이 변화하기 때문에 말처럼 쉽게 행동하기 어려운 것이다.
The rental market in Orlando is tough right now.
According to a study from February of this year by theHarvard Joint Center for Housing, Orlando ranked second in the country for increase in rent prices for one-bedroom apartments. The same study claimed that the median income for renters in metro Orlando is $35,000 and the midpoint rent price is $1,000, which means that most Orlando residents are what's called "rent burdened."
